Dead Simple Neo
Another remake of Dead Simple. It was an old map in my vhe folder that I never finished. I took the layout, and decided to remake it with new textures, architecture and gameplay. It is for SvenCo-op Bronze 3.5, although I'm considering releasing it for 3.0. Currently it only needs balancing, and some bugs in 3.5 need to be fixed.
Gameplay:
You start in a room with 4 buttons. Each button activates a gamemode.
1. Classic Gamemode: Monsters spawn in waves, and in the end you fight the boss.
2. Capture Pads Gamemode: You must activate 8 beams by moving a barrel into 8 locations around the map.
3. Protection Gamemode: Same as classic except you have to keep barney alive the whole time.
4. Gonome Hunter Gamemode: You must kill 20 super gonomes to win.
There are a total of 7 waves.
There's a little more to it than this, of course.
The story as written in the MOTD:
You wake up in a mysterious room. You have no clue why you are here, but you need to get away from this place. It seems that this is some sort of cruel game that someone has prepared for you.
